OFFICIAL RULES

This promotion is only open to all students and tenants of Berrada properties LLC. whose rent is current and not in late payment status.  No purchase necessary. All entries must be made by e mail and be received no later than 12 midnight May 15th 2023. Winners of all prizes will be selected by a random drawing from all certified entries received. Certification may include picture of a report card or other statement from the school, or from the teacher employed by the school on school letterhead certifying the grade point and attendance record. All certification information must be received no later than midnight June 21st 2023. Winners will be selected at random from the pool of certified entrants no later than 7 days from close of entries on the 21st of June. Tenants may enter more than one child but each entry must be made by separate e mail entry. Winning will not be limited by household in that multiple prizes may be awarded to the same household recognizing scholastic performance by multiple children in that same household. 

By participating tenants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules and represent that they meet all eligibility requirements. In addition tenants agree to accept the decision of Berrada properties with respect to all rules and terms of this contest. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Berrada Properties. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. All prizes are non transferable. Any and all prize related expenses including without limitation any and all federal state and local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winners. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Berrada Properties to use winners name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law. All entry information shall remain confidential and not sold or transmitted to any third party. To receive the grand prizes and runner up prizes children will need to establish a free 529 EDVEST savings plan through the State of Wisconsin. All terms and restrictions on the plans will be subject to State of Wisconsin EDVEST terms and conditions. 

Grand Prize: two $5,000 winners

Runner up winners: ten $1,000 winners

Super achievers: 100 computers to winners selected at random by Berrada Properties.

Selection of the judges will be final.
